Fuílleach Design Lifetime Repair Guarantee
I believe in creating garments that last, and that’s why every piece you purchase from Fuílleach Design is covered by my Lifetime Repair Guarantee.
This means:
• If your garment experiences any issue due to wear or construction, I'll fix it, whenever possible, free of charge, for as long as Fuílleach Design is in operation.
• Repairs may include fixing seams, reinforcing stitching, replacing hardware (e.g. zips, buttons), or patching small tears.
What You Need to Do:
•Send me an email at [email protected] including clear pictures and descriptions of the repair needed. I will get back to you with a suitable timeframe for you to send it to me to be repaired and an estimate of when I will get it back to you. Wait times will be dependent on my current workload and will vary.
• You will only need to cover the cost of return postage to me. I'll take care of the repair and send it back to you free of charge.

Important Notes
• This guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the garment while Fuílleach Design remains in business.
It does NOT cover:
• Damage beyond reasonable repair.
• Issues caused by misuse or deliberate damage.
• Ordering the wrong size or alterations due to size/fit changes.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.
